The AGM range has a very low internal resistance, so they are very suitable for applications involving high discharge intensity, such as inverters, thrusters and winches.  

The GEL range offers the best deep cycle durability and longest service life. Due to the use of high purity materials and lead-calcium grids, AGM and GEL batteries have a very low self-discharge, allowing long storage periods without the need for charging. Both ranges have flat copper terminals with M8 bolts, which ensure the best possible contact and eliminate the need for battery terminals. The batteries comply with CE and UL standards and their containers are made of fire-resistant ABS, and have Victron Energy's two-year warranty with worldwide coverage.
